We value your privacy. You can delete your SubDupes account at any time, and ask us to permanently erase your data.
Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly through your dashboard settings. This process is automated and immediate.
Manual Deletion Request
If you cannot access your account or prefer to make a manual request, our support team can handle the deletion for you.
What happens to your data?
Immediate Deactivation
When you delete your account in the app, you are signed out and your account is deactivated straight away.
What We Keep
We currently keep your account record, subscription data and a record of the deletion, so your account can be restored if you contact us.
Permanent Erasure
To have your data permanently erased, email support@subdupes.com from the address on your account. We complete erasure within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law, such as billing records.
