Manual Entry
Manual subscription entry
Smart Extraction
Extraction of subscription data from uploaded bank statements and forwarded emails
User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- You are the owner or authorized user of any financial statements or email accounts you upload or connect to the Service.
- You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Financial Data Security
No Banking Credentials
We do not ask for or store your online banking username or password. We only process the files (PDFs/Images) you upload or the emails you forward.
Accuracy Disclaimer
Accuracy
While we strive for high accuracy with our OCR and AI technology, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in detecting all subscriptions or calculating exact amounts. You are responsible for verifying the data presented in your dashboard.
Not Financial Advice
SubDupes provides information and organizational tools. We are not a financial advisor, bank, or tax professional. The “Insights” and “Savings” figures are estimates for informational purposes only.
User Data and Content
Uploaded Content
You retain ownership of any data (e.g., bank statements) you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or contains viruses or malware.
Payment and Subscription
- Billing: Some features of SubDupes may be paid. If you subscribe to a paid plan (“PRO”), you agree to pay the fees indicated.
- Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors (Stripe). We do not store your credit card information.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your SubDupes subscription at any time via your account settings. Access to paid features will continue until the end of your billing period.
Email Forwarding Security
If you use our email forwarding feature:
- You agree to only forward emails from accounts you own.
- You acknowledge that forwarding emails involves sharing the content of those emails with us for processing.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
